ARTEKA® is committed to a quality approach adapted and recognized by the state via the QUALITY brand TOURISME™ . The S.L.A. (Syndicat des Loisirs Actifs) supports the professionals involved in this approach and became in 2015 a delegated network. We have been a member of the S.L.A since 2014 and have been awarded the QUALITY TOURISM™ label since 2016. In this logic, we provide you with a satisfaction questionnaire available using the QR Code below.

Why choose a Quality Park Tourisme™?

Faced with consumers who are uncompromising on certain criteria in their choice of leisure activities, the SLA wanted to make parks aware of the importance of a quality approach: reception, cleanliness, communication, eco-responsible initiatives, etc.

Choosing to visit a leisure park committed to the Quality brand Tourisme™, is for the customer the assurance of obtaining personalized information and a quality service offer. In addition, the parks recognized as Quality Tourisme™ are engaged in a quality analysis process through their satisfaction questionnaires and complaints.
In order to guarantee their services, the parks are regularly audited by independent firms and corrective actions can be implemented, with a permanent concern for efficiency. Finally, operators of parks recognized as "Quality Tourisme™" benefit from specific training in tourist reception.

History of the Quality brand Tourisme™

Created in 2005 by the State, the Tourisme™ Quality brand welcomes nearly 6,000 establishments in France. Well known to foreign visitors in particular, it includes hotels, tourist residences, holiday villages, campsites, restaurants, cafés, breweries and, recently, outdoor activities, in which the Acrobatic Routes in Height are integrated.

After 10 years of existence and support of the parks, the integration into the "Quality Tourisme™" network is a guarantee of seriousness and achievement for the Union.
